Here is a list of abbreviations that are commonly seen on Blogs, pages and groups associated with couponing. This list came from my group on Facebook Canadian Coupons. There are many documents in this group that are very helpful to new and veteran couponers.

Here a list of coupon lingo.
BOGO/B1G1= buy 1 get one free
B2G1= Buy 2 get 1 free
Peelies= the sticky coupons that are attached to the item that you are purchasing. most times it is a Save $ coupon for your next purchase.
Overage= Wallmart is the only store in Canada that will give you the difference if the coupon value is more than the product you are purchasing.
OOP= out of pocket ( the money you spent after using your coupons)
S$WUB= their are coupons that are Example: Save $3 when you buy 2(product), or save $5 when you buy 3
MIR=Manufacturer's Mail In rebate (offered sometimes for consumers to get reimbursed for purchasing a product)
MFR= this simply means manufacturer's coupons
FPC=Free Product Coupons
UPC=the bar code that every product has on their packaging
EXP=expiry
Store coupons= example...Loblaws has their own store coupons as well as Rexall, which can only be used in their stores.
Transaction=is your final bill at the cash register
P&G= Procter and Gamble (coupon issuing site that sends out amazing coupons)
SS= Smart Source is a coupon insert delivered to your door in the newspaper once a month or the occasional flyer
RP=Red Plum is another coupon inserts delivered to your door in your flyers.
SCOP= Scanning Code Of Practice. Most stores have this, that if an item is not scanning at the price that it is advertised or displayed at, you can go to customer service and get it for free up to $10 dollars, it will only apply to the first item, and if you have more than one, the proper price will be adjusted.
Stacking= is using 2 or more coupons with different upc codes on one item. Only select stores will allow stacking. Check your current store policies.
PM=price matching...Is taking a flyers from one store and bringing it to another store for them to sell you an item at their sale price.
